My postpartum hair loss

30 Sep , 2019

Hey guys today, I’m going to be sharing something, that’s kind of personal and uncomfortable for me to do. This hair loss has made me sad and uncomfortable, and I didn’t know if I was going to share this with you guys, but since I know I’m not the only person who’s experienced hair loss, whether you haven’t been eating right, you just had a baby or you’ve Been really stressed out shedding in hair loss is so normal, so I’m going to share my tips on how to make it less obvious and I’m planning to grow this back of course, so once I’m done my treatments with the results I have, if you want to See those results and how I got them, let me know, I was wearing my hair in a lot of ponytails, so I want to show you one of the stress points of wearing your Hair in this style, I think this is a big contributing factor to losing a lot of hair in the hairline area.
The weight of the ponytail, especially if you have long and thick hair like I do, is just too much on the hairline. So that’s. Why so much of it was falling out there? Of course, I still need to wear my hair up and get it out of my face, so I’m going to show you what I’ve been doing lately, so we’re still going to have our hair up and we’re also going to be changing. The stress point of this hairstyle so we’re going to relieve that weight on the front of the hair We’Re also going to be hiding those bald areas, so I’m taking the hair instead of pulling it directly back, I’m going to swoop it back and take half of it and clip it up now that we have that part of the hair supported, I’m going to take The rest of it from underneath and pull it up over that clip now, with all the hair in your hand, take a ponytail holder and put this at the base of your hair in front of the clip.
Once your hair is secured With the ponytail holder, you can remove the clip or you can keep it in there if you want the extra volume I don’t wear it like this If I’m going to be in the car, because it’s uncomfortable behind my head, but otherwise I keep it in because I love the extra volume I can see such a big difference When I put these two side-by-side, I love the second one so much and it’s great for when I want to wear my hair up, but not every day Do I want to do that, so I’ve got a more like long term solution I do this more often I think the Tarte Amazonian clay brow powder – and I put this all over the areas where I’m missing hair and I just keep packing it on with a real nice blending brush This method actually gives you a lot more coverage and you think it what it looks completely natural and it makes it look as if you have a lot of hair there When you don’t and it’s great, if you have any experience with hair loss and growing it back Please share your knowledge in the comments below, because I’m going to be trying out some different oils and treatments, and for now I’m going to be sticking to these methods to hide my hair loss I feel so much more comfortable I can wear my hair in any style and it left the way that it looks you can see the before and after are really dramatic So I hope you enjoyed my tip I love you guys so much Thank you for watching and I’ll see you next Monday
